Terms of Service

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of agentbauer.com and its administration system, operated by Agent Bauer, Västerlånggatan 66, Stockholm, Sweden. By browsing the site or signing in to the admin you accept them. The representation relationship between Agent Bauer and an artist is governed by the separate agreement between us; if that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails.

2. Accounts

Admin accounts are personal and created by invitation only. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, keep your contact details accurate, and tell us at once if you suspect your account has been misused. We may suspend or close an account that puts the system or other users at risk.

3. Your content

Artists keep every right to the work they upload. By uploading, you grant Agent Bauer a non-exclusive licence to store, process (including resizing and video optimization), display and promote that work on agentbauer.com and in our marketing of you, for as long as we represent you or until the work is removed.

You confirm that you hold the rights needed to publish what you upload — including any client clearances and consents from identifiable people — and that it infringes no one’s rights.

4. Curation

Agent Bauer curates the public site and decides what is published, highlighted and how it is ordered. Unpublished work stays private to you and our staff.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, attempt to access other accounts or portfolios, probe or overload the system, or use it for anything other than managing your portfolio with us.

6. The public site’s content

Everything shown on agentbauer.com is protected by copyright belonging to the artists and/or Agent Bauer. It may not be copied, downloaded for reuse, or republished without permission — the download function exists for clients and press we work with.

7. Availability and changes

The site and admin are provided as they stand. We work to keep them available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change or discontinue features. Keep your own originals: the admin is a publishing tool, not an archive service.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agent Bauer is not liable for indirect damage or loss of data arising from use of the site or admin. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the admin at any time and ask us to remove your account. What happens to a portfolio when representation ends is governed by the representation agreement.

10. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are decided by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as first instance.
